Church, now house, mid C18 and later. Red flemish bond brickwork with gabled
peg tile roof. Simple rectangular nave with lower and narrower chancel,
probably later. West end has weatherboarded square bell cupola with leaded
square domical roof, finial and weathervane. C20 ventilator finial on mid
ridge line. Brickwork has irregular diaper of blue headers and dentilled eaves
cornice. Flank walls of nave each have 2 semi-circular, arched, headed, large
windows with rectangular leaded lights. West end has high mounted stone plaque
with date '1754'over 3 light, perpendicular style stone window with cinque-
foiled lights and square label. Under this, a segmental headed west doorway.
East window is similar to the west with perpendicular style lights. Roof is
contemporary and has joggled side purlins and queen posts.
