Small semi-detached cottage of C18, enlarged with new front wing in
early C19. Coursed rubble stone front on rubble rear, with
alternating flush quoins, asbestos slate roof to C19 section behind
large curved and coped "Dutch" gable with kneelers and large urn
finial. Two storeys to rear, 3 storeys to front section. One
window, 9-pane sash to second floor, 12-pane below, all with flush
stone surrounds. Stone doorcase to left with small open pediment
and 4-panel bolection moulded door.
