Detached cottage. Late C18 - early C19. Plastered cob walls, thatched roof,
hipped at left end. One brick stack at right end and one near centre.
One storey and attic. Part-glazed ledged door under timber gabled hood.
Ground floor has 4 casement windows with glazing bars. Attic has three
½-dormers with similar casements. Single-storey lean-to extensions each end.
Internally, some exposed ceiling beams. A National Trust property. RCHM
