Terrace of 3 cottages - formerly 2. Late C18 - early C19. Roughcast walls,
hipped thatched roof, brick stacks along ridge. Part one storey and attic,
part single-storey. No. 1 at left end, has door in end gable wall. On front
wall, ground floor has 3 casement windows with glazing bars. Attic has 2
part-dormers with similar casements. In centre, a 6-panel door in an open
timber porch. This forms the entrance to No. 3 which, apart from a passage
through the terrace, consists of a C20 flat-roofed block at the rear. No. 2
at right end, has part-glazed door. Ground floor has 3 casement windows
with glazing bars. Attic has 2 pent-dormers with similar casements. The
main (rear) section of No. 3 not of special interest. RCHM Monument 14.
