Barn: second half C18. English bond brickwork, garden wall bond
to gables: tiled roof. 3-bay barn. Double boarded doors in
centre, 450mm projecting buttresses each side with lean-to
extension to main roof. Lintel to doors slightly below porch
eaves to open out: infilled above. Either side large diamond-
shaped brick grille air vent: dentil eaves. Parapet gables with
stone coping, missing to half right gable. Left return, facing
road; similar large air vent; small window cut on left low down.
Square owl hole in apex gable.
Interior, wall thickened either side doors: loft inserted at road
end. Queen-strut trusses, 2 pairs purlins, plank ridge.
Prominent, well-preserved barn, by road. Lean-to on back and
single-storey extension not of special interest.
