Former rectory, detached house. Early C18 core, extended to north
in late C18 or early C19, and again in late C20. Coursed rubble
stone with alternating flush quoins, stone slate roof, stone
stacks, external on north east end of original range. Large L-
shape range. Original range of 2 storey and attic with main front
to south facing mill leat of River Coln. Five windows, four 2-
light wood mullion and transoms with timber lintels and leaded
casements and one 12-pane sash to far right on first floor. Ground
floor has four similar and C20 glazed door in bay 2 from left.
Three gabled dormers with paired leaded casements. Lower service
range to left with 2 paired casements to first floor, one to ground
floor and one 3-light wood mullion and transom, all with timber
lintels. North side has hipped projection probably former stair
turret with C20 doorcase, and some 2-light stone mullion and
transoms. Similar windows on entrance side of late C18 two-storey
wing and large sash windows to garden side in flush stone
surrounds. Small C20 cottage of single storey and attic to north
west corner with 2 small gabled dormers in swept down roof.
