Railway goods shed. Mid C19, probably by Benjamin Green, for the York, Newcastle

dressings; Welsh slate roof. Free Tudor style.

East elevation 2 bays. Chamfered plinth; large segmental pointed arches,
the right with boarded double doors, the left boarded above inserted brick
wall; pilaster buttress between. Overhanging eaves on raking timber brackets;
coped gables on moulded kneelers, topped by ball finials. Right return shows
boarded double doors in segmental-pointed arch in alternating-block surround
with 2-light window on left holding 12-pane casements. Large stepped buttress
at left end. Boarded elliptical-arched opening in gable. Left return shows
similar arch and gable opening. Rear elevation shows two 2-light windows,
holding 12-pane casements, with a pilaster buttress between and a large
stepped buttress at each end. Windows and gable openings under straight
