House and cottages, early Cl9. Squared rubble with quoins, tooled and margined
dressings. Slate roof, stepped stone stack on right gable, left gable stack
partly rebuilt in brick. Farmhouse: 2 storeys, 3 windows, symmetrical and an added
left bay. Central glazed door with 4-pane fanlight and alternating jambs; 16-pane
sash windows in moulded box frames. Lower left addition has 16-pane sash and C20
window inserted in blocked door. Cottages set back to right: 2 doors and 2 16-pane
sashes on ground floor; four 4-pane sashes above, 2 brick ridge stacks. Continuous
rear outshut to house.
