Cottage. Late C16, altered early C18 and late C20. Timber framed encased
in brick on front, exposed at rear with brick infill. Old tile roof.
Rectangular plan of 2 framed bays, formerly jettied on road front. 2
storeys and attic. Ridge chimney on left. Black painted plinth and
render to ground floor cill, plat band, and boxed eaves. 2 bay front.
Sash windows with glazing bars and gauged brick arches. Entrance door
at rear. Interior:- Principal beam on ground floor has chamfers and
plain stopped ends. Inglenook chimney with moulded 4-centred beam,
partly damaged, over opening.
