Pair of semi-detached cottages. C17-early C18. No 21; late C17-
early C18. Dated and initialled stone reading 'IRM 1587' over
front door of No 21 (but built-in later). No 20 (left) mid-late
C18. Rectangular plan. Combined two storey, 3-windowed facade, 3-
light wood casement with timber lintel upper left, C20 two-light
steel casement with timber lintel at centre. Two-light double
chamfered stone-mullioned casement with stopped hood upper right,
similar light to ground floor. Small rectangular bay (possibly
formerly on entrance porch) with stone roof left of C20 panelled
door with timber lintel far left. Projecting corbel (probably
reused) towards left gable end. Three-light petal casement right
of door. Plank door to No 21 within flat-chamfered 'Tudor'-arched
surround. Dated and initialled stone above with inverted 'V' in
relief and small blind quatrefoil at top. Gable end and axial
stacks. Interiors not inspected.
