Drinking fountain, dated 1904 with initials F.L. Rockfaced stone;
iron. Art Nouveau Baroque style. Small hutch, let into slope of
bank, with ogee-curved roof and front cornice. Central arched
niche with large voussoirs and smooth keystone bearing date and
initials. Iron standpipe with maker's mark: Ham, Baker and Co.
Ltd., Westminster. Grilled drain. Chained iron cup at right.
