Church, 1902 by Temple Moore. Lightly-tooled snecked sandstone
with ashlar dressings and plain clay-tiled roof. West tower, 3-bay
nave with south porch, 3-bay chancel with small north vestry extension
Small scale, modified Early English style.
Slim square 1-stage tower with high chamfered west plinth. Corbelled-
out battlemented parapet with waterspout. Double-chamfered tall
west lancet; shouldered-arched bell openings. Similar windows in
nave. Chancel south windows 2 small lancets and 2 small square-
headed chamfered windows. Shouldered-arched priest's door. East
window of 3 stepped lancets.
Gabled south porch has heavy battened door with good ironwork.
Interior exposed stone with ribbed barreled wood roof. Good
woodwork includes heavy pine benches and oak pulpit, lectern and
choir seats. Carved marble reredos. Linked sedile and piscina.
Mosaic floors in chancel, stepped sanctuary and centre aisle.
