House and byre under 1 roof. Early C18. Coursed watershot rubble with
ashlar dressings, stone slate roof. House: 2 storeys with rear outshut,
2 bays. Ashlar quoins. Openings have moulded ashlar architraves.
Central doorway with board door. 4-pane sash windows in square
openings. Kneelers, end stacks. Outshut had end entry with plain
ashlar surround with interrupted jambs and single-light window in
chamfered stone surround. Interior: stairs with turned wooden balusters
in outshut. Byre on left projects forward as outshut. Doorway with
ashlar surround and air vent to front, boarded pitching door in quoined
surround in right return.
