Small house. C17. Marlstone rubble with some ashlar dressings; thatch roof with
rebuilt brick stack. Single-unit plan, probably originally larger. One storey
plus attic. Front has a 2-light stone-mullioned window. Rear retains an old
2-light leaded casement and includes the entrance. Single-storey C20 lean-to
extension against right gable wall. Interior not inspected. Probably originally
incoporating a similar cottage to left, now demolished.
