Circa 1792, altered. Formerly one of a pair. Three storeys and basement. Three windows wide. Stuccoed. Slate roof. Segmental flight of steps rises to advanced entrance bay with round-arched door and fanlight. Pair of Doric columns supports first floor segmental bow lit by tripartite window of sashes. Cornice and blocking course, breaking round entrance bay.
