House. Early C19. Flemish bond brick. Moulded rendered cornice of shaped and
fluted corbels, and parapet. Slate roof has gable parapets; brick end stacks,
truncated on right. U-plan, with 2-storey wings to rear. 3 storeys; 3-window
range. Symmetrical front. Fielded 6-panelled door has decorative fanlight and
panelled reveals. Rendered doorcase of Tuscan columns, paterae and open
pediment. Ground and first floor have late C20 windows. Second floor has
segmental-arched 2-light casements with glazing bars. First and third bays have
rendered or painted stone moulded segmental arches with block supports,
decorated keyblocks and moulded cornices. Narrower central windows: first-floor
window has fluted lintel with paterae, consoles and cornice; second-floor
casement with overlight has segmental arch of slightly different design.
