House. Early C19. Flemish bond brick with wood moulded and modillion cornice.
Hipped slate roof; brick end stacks, with ridge stacks to wing. U-plan with
wings to rear. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Symmetrical front. 6-panelled door has
decorative fanlight and panelled reveals. Moulded stucco doorcase of Ionic
half-columns, patarae and open pediment. 16-pane sashes have rusticated rendered
flat arches with moulded keyblocks. Central 12-pane sash has rendered lintel
with moulded palm leaves and cornice on brackets. Interior not inspected.
