House, now divided into flats. c1810, enlarged, partly
refenestrated, and verandah renewed late C19, altered mid-late
C20 when subdivided. Picturesque villa-style. Stucco over
brick, hipped slate roofs, parapet with moulded cornice
concealing rendered stacks. Plan: double fronted, extensions
on rear elevation which is now the entrance front for the four
flats. 2storeys, 3:2 bays, end two bays right bow-fronted,
first floor sash windows with single vertical glazing bar
except second bay left which is 12-pane, continuous canopy
hooded verandah carried on pierced wooden columns with
trelliswork balustrade to ground floor approached by flight of
3 steps with handrail, 3 steps to entrance from garden, ground
floor French casements with marginal glazing bars, entrance in
centre bay through early C20 half-glazed door with sidelights.
Late C20 alterations and additions to rear elevation.
