Town house, now subdivided. C18. Roughly-coursed killas and
granite rubble with timber lintels; steep dry slate roof with
brick end stack on left. U-shaped plan including rear wings at
right-angles. 2 storeys; nearly symmetrical 5-window front.
Late C19 or C20 horned sashes including wider sash with
sidelights to ground floor right; central doorway without
door; partly blocked former inserted doorway right of original
doorway. INTERIOR not inspected.
