3 houses. Early C19 with C20 additions. Gault brick walls and
stacks, slate roof. Plan E shape of street range and rear
additions. 3 storeys and cellars. Front E elevation: brickwork
has scored pointing, 3-window and 3 door range. Nos 2 & 4
mirror each other with shared stack and outer set doors, No.6
as No.2 with own N end stack. Doorways, ground and first floor
windows segment headed, all windows horizontal sliding sashes
with glazing bars, ground and first floor 6x4 panes, second
floor 6x3 panes. Original door and windows in No.2. No.6
replaced in early C20, No.4 replaced in late C20. Doors of Nos
2 & 4 of 4 flush bead moulded panels, No.6 has 6 fielded
panels. Each houses has angled glazed cellar light below
windows on to pavement. S end elevation: ground floor now
rendered with blocked window recess, first floor early C20
central window similar to front, 4x3 panes. Rear W elevation:
street range has 2-storey addition to each house in rendered
brick with slate roofs, outer pair, Nos 2 & 6 hipped, No.4 as
lean-to with casement windows with glazing bars, first floor
Nos 2 & 4, 2-light 4x3 panes, No.6 pair of 2-light casements
each 2x2 panes. No.4 ground floor has stable type door and
adjacent casement window. Above, under eaves of street range
Nos 2 & 4 each have a pair of simple C20 casement windows.
