Town house, now office. 1830s. Brick with stucco dressings;
slate roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. Georgian
style. 3 storeys; single-window range. Stucco plinth and plain
eaves soffit. Round-headed entrance to right has doorcase with
reeded pilasters, dentilled brackets to open pediment,
fanlight with radial glazing bars over 6-flush-panel door.
Ground floor has canted bay window with entablature and
4:16:4-pane glazing; 1st floor has window with sill, and
rusticated wedge lintel with key over 16-pane sash; similar
2nd-floor window with 4/8-pane sash.
