Town house, now shop/dwelling. C1740, altered 1861. Colourwashed brick with ashlar dressings; tile roof with brick end stack and large rear stack. L-plan. Two storeys and attic; Two-window range. Top modillioned timber cornice. Ground floor early C20 shop front with central recessed entrance with glazed door and top frieze and cornice carried over entrance to Robert House to left. 1st floor has two C19 canted bay windows with top friezes and cornices and two:four:two -pane sashes; attic has gabled dormer with two-light casement. Four rubbed brick flat arches with keys to earlier sashes visible on first floor. Rear has two gabled wings, that to left is longer, with a large stack to left of ridge.
