Four flats, formerly 2 houses. Early C19. Dark yellow Gault
bricks in header bond and red brick dressings. Low pitched
gabled C20 machine-made clay plain tile roof behind high
parapets.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and basement. Symmetrical front with
moulded brick cornice below parapet and lower part of facade
rendered. Second floor has 3 flush square double-hung sash
windows with small panes and rubbed brick arches alternating
with 2 blind windows with segmental-arched brick heads. First
floor has 3 tripartite C20 double-hung sash windows with small
panes alternating with tall blind window with arched heads.
Ground floor is similar but 2 entrance doors in place of blind
windows. These have semicircular rubbed brick arched heads on
stone impost blocks and enclose Adamesque fanlights (one
replica). Doors have 6 raised-and-fielded panels now fixed.
Reeded architraves and 3 stone steps. Substantial brick stack
rises behind NW gable parapet. Large C20 two-and-a-half and
3-storey rear extension.
INTERIOR: no original features.
