The Weavers Public House

GV II

Town house, now public house. C18. Stucco on rubble with
moulded architraves to ground and 1st floors; steep rag slate
roof with moulded wooden eaves cornice; brick shaft on
rendered probably rubble stack on right. Deep plan including
rear wing. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Early C19
20-pane hornless sashes to upper floors; central 2nd-floor
window blind. Ground floor has central doorway and C20 bowed
windows. INTERIOR: original oak ceiling joists and exposed
timber-frame partitions.
