Town house with later shop. 1856 date at rear. Stucco on
probable studwork to front; bitumen-grouted rag slate hipped
roof with projecting front eaves on widely-spaced wooden
brackets; cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
2-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Ground floor
has overlight and 6-panel door on the left and recessed C20
shop front on the right, all under a fascia with blind slot.
