Terraced houses. 1827-31. Developed by Henry Flower and Samuel
Kell. Brick, stucco and roofs of slate. Four storeys over
basement, three windows each. Ground floor and basement
stuccoed with banded rustication to the ground floor;
flat-arched entrances with fanlight and double panelled doors
of original design; windows have flat arches, those to first,
second and third floors being of gauged brick; sill band and
continuous cast-iron balconies to first floor. Original
glazing bars. Parapet. Area railings with spearhead and urn
finials, and basement overthrows.
