Semi-detached villas. c. 1840. Stucco over brick; Welsh and
artifical slate hipped roofs with projecting eaves, stucco
centre stacks. Side-hall entrance plan with staircase. Three
storeys with basement; 3 windows each including entrance bay.
Rusticated stucco ground-floors with imitation keystones.
Steps rise to entrance in recessed outer bay extension:
architraved doorway with cornice, pilaster jambs, fanlight
with curved and radial glazing bars and panelled door. Sashes
mostly 6/6 and 3/3 throughout. Ground-floor round-arched
architraved sashes with curved and radial glazing bars. 1st
floor with sill band to sashes and bracketed cornices; 1st
floor plaque inscribed 'Albion Villas'. Attached iron
railings.
