Semi-detached villas. c.1830-1850. Stucco over brick; Welsh
and artifical slate hipped roofs with projecting eaves, stucco
centre stacks. Side-hall entrance plan with staircase. Three
storeys with basement; 2 windows each. Steps rise to
architraved entrance: deeply recessed doorway with cornice,
plain jambs, fanlight and panelled door. Cast-iron window
guards on lower floors. Ground-floor round-arched architraved
sashes set in stucco recess with curved and radial glazing
bars. 1st floor 6/6 sashes with sill band and bracketed
cornices. 2nd floor 3/3 sashes.
