Small pot bank. 1913. Built for William Moorcroft for the
production of Florian ware. Brick with plain tiled roofs. A
series of single-storeyed gabled ranges, that to south
containing the works' only surviving circular updraught kiln
which has no hovel at ground floor level. The works were
designed to reflect the social and legislative concern for
health, hygiene, and functionalism, and were one of the first
single storey factories to be built in the potteries.
