Lodge(?), now house. Later C19. Stucco to brick; lead(?) roof;
rendered end stacks. 2 storeys; 3-window range: central 2/2
sash with corbelled sill, flanked by taller 2/2 sashes fronted
by open bays with enriched columns and pilasters; deep
bracketed eaves; parapet with recessed band, and pilasters;
canopies to bays. Central entrance: glazed door and overlight
between pilasters; flanked by canted bays with plain sashes;
storeyband and corner-pilasters. Left and right returned
sides: round-headed 2/2 sashes and blocked openings under
segmental arches with modillioned hood-mouldings, and, in
brick rear wing, 2/2 casement; deep bracketed eaves; parapets,
incorporating chimneys with corner-pilasters. Blocked opening
and 2/2 sash, under modillioned hoods; similar sash to rear
wing; returned storeyband. Rear: C20 casement and blocked
opening, under modillioned hoods; urn finials to parapet;
returned storeyband. Included for group value.
