House. Early C18. Painted roughcast, pantile roof with a brick
stack to the rear gable end. 2-unit plan with a single-storey
rear extension. 2 storeys; one-window range. C20 three-light
casement windows to the front, that to the ground floor was a
former door; various C20 windows to the left return. A painted
terracotta guilloche frieze at cill level spans the front and
left return. INTERIOR: a diagonal corner fireplace to the
front right, of which the exterior stack is now removed,
suggests the house is early C18.
