Farmhouse. Circa 1700 with early C19 right extension. Coursed squared sand-
stone; pantiled roof with stone ridge, copings and kneelers, brick stacks. 1½
storeys; 2 wide bays and added right bay partly concealed by one-storey pro-
jecting byre. Boarded door at left and another in right addition. Blocked
central door, flanked by 12-pane and 28-pane windows with small central opening
sections. Blocked 2-light stone-mullioned window at first floor left; and
blocked fire window below. 2 raking dormers, with 8-pane sashes in centre bay.
Ridge and right end chimneys. Near-contemporary pent rear extension. Interior
not inspected. Projecting byre range 1 storey 5 bays; scattered openings
include several blocked doors and 3 small windows. Interior: tie-and-collar
beam trusses with stout principals and 2 levels or purlin.
