Service building now school sick bay. C18; remodelled later. Orange-red
brick in Garden Wall bond to front and right gable wall; chalk to rear, and
to left wall which has tumbled brick gable; sandstone quoins; concrete
pantile roof. 2-storey, 10-bay front. Original brick arched ground floor
openings have been blocked and replaced by a variety of window and door
types, mostly 12-pane sashes. 2-storey square bay at end right. Two 3-
light, large-pane horizontal sliding sashes to first floor left. All later
inserted first floor windows interrupt stepped and dentilled eaves course.
Quoined canted corner to right, with jettied quoins above. Included for
group value.
