Incorrectly shown on Ordnance Survey map as Hudgin Lane. Cross C19.
Sandstone ashlar. Cross and pedestal approximately 4.5 metres high, raised
on 3 steps. Tall pedestal has the following inscription: "This cross marks
the site of the altar of the Church of All Saints which church was taken
down AD 1853 and rebuilt upon the site of an ancient and desecrated church
to the north of the village". Pedestal carries a moulded Celtic cross on a
tall tapering shaft with flat volutes at the base.
