Limestone ashlar, Westmorland slate. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Double-leaf half-
glazed door with keyed stone architrave in Tuscan porch, flanked by
tripartite unequal sash windows. First floor: sashes with glazing bars and
sills. Keyed wedge lintels throughout. Hipped roof. Stacks rising through
rear pitch of roof.
