House, now offices. Late C15 or early C16, heated in C17. C18 and C19 brick refronting. Timber frame, red brick front. Tiled roof. Three bays, two to left originally an open hall. One storey and attic. Rendered plinth. C20 entrances and ground floor windows. Plat band. C19 sashes in reveals with cambered heads cross eaves line in three gables to attic. Rendered course at eaves. Weatherboarded right gable, colourwashed below, plates and purlins exposed.

Continuous outshut to rear with two gabled dormers. Later flat roofed addition. Tall C19 block to rear of No. 29.

Interior: C17 fireplace with timber lintel set diagonally between two right bays. Cambered tie beams with queen struts to collars clasping purlins, curved wind braces. (RCHM Typescript).
