Detached house. C18, coursed rubble Doulting stone, triple Delta clay tiles, coped gable roof with moulded kneelers
and brick, end chimney stacks. 2-storey, 2-window front with central entrance under a gabled porch. 6-panel door, top
2- panels glazed. 2-light, 8-pane casement windows in plain stone mullioned frames. Ground floor; left hand window
now C20, metal doors. Centrally over door, a coved niche.
