Detached house. Early C18. Random rubble Doulting stone. Welsh slate, coped gable roof, end chimney stacks.
2-storey, gable end to road, 2-window front, central entrance, later extension on left. C20 door under a late C20,
stone porch with gable roof. Sash windows in plain ashlar stone surrounds with flat stone lintels. 20 panes to ground
floor, 16-pane to first floor. Screen wall and gatepiers; Random rubble Doulting stone wall approximately 1.5 metres
high with flat top coping. 3 Doulting stone gate piers, dressed with semi-circular tops and deep sunken panels front
and back.
