Cottage with stables. c1914. Designed by E.Guy Dawber. Local stone coursed rubble; plain clay tile roof with upswept ends, simple gables: central stone chimney stack. Double roof plan: single storey with attic, two bays. Three-light steel leaded light casement windows in architraved surrounds, matching Bowling Green House (qv): central boarded door with hexagonal glazed panel in architraved surround with flat hood on corbel brackets. Stable wing to rear: 'U'-plan: stone rubble coursed, with some weatherboarding and also brick infill; plain clay tile roof, with raised hipped portion to centre block; one stone chimney stack: centre portion now converted to garages, with loft door in tall hipped dormer over.
