Farmhouse. Dated 1797. Doulting rubble, dressed quoins, coped verges, C19 end brick stacks (that to right collapsed at
time of 1983 resurvey), slate roof. Rectangular on plan, symmetrical facade. 2-storeys and attic, 3 bays, 3 light
hollow moulded stone mullioned windows (mullions to first floor windows removed, C19 casement windows of 3 lights
inserted), label over each. Central door opening, edge moulded stone architrave, triangular pediment on cut stone
brackets, panelled door, top 2 panels glazed. Above stone plaque with raised lettering:- "W.E.S. 1797". Single attic
light to left return.
