Farmhouse. Circa 1700. Rendered, hipped concrete double Roman tile roof, C19 brick stacks. "L"-plan, symmetrical
facade. 2-storeys, 5-bays, 2-light plain stone mullioned and transomed windows, each to ground floor with pulvinated
frieze and cornice. Central door opening, moulded stone surround, emphasised lintol, again with frieze and cornice.
Late C19 wall of rubble construction 5 metres South-east of facade, running for 8 metres along adjoining lane,
incorporating mounting block having 3 steps and slabbed top.
