House, late C18 with near-contemporary extensions. Coursed, squared
stone, raised quoins to centre part. Pantiled roof, stone copings
and kneelers, brick chimneys. Two storeys; 3-bay centre and slightly
set-back 1-bay wings. Central 6-panel door in keyed, herringbone-
tooled flush surround. Late C19 canted bay to right and French door
at extreme right. Other windows 16-pane sashes (1 replaced) except
for 12-pane first-floor sashes in outer bays. Windows in main block
have similar surrounds to door, but without key blocks. Moulded
kneelers. 4 stone-coped chimneys at ends of main block and wings.
Red-brick lean-to at left is not of special interest.
