House. Circa 1850. Bargate stone blocks with gault brick quoins, patterned tile
hanging to rear left and plain tiled roof. Two storeys with triple cross-ridge
stacks,the outer shafts of which are octagonal and flank a square centre shaft
with chamfered angles and corbelled top. Gable-end on to street with plinth below
the ground floor and first floor projecting forward by one bricks width.
Cross-shaped gable panel; 3-light,diamond-pane leaded casement window in first
floor below with label moulding and brick ovolo mullion under cushion caps.
Similar window to ground floor with diamond stops to label. Left hand return
front (entrance front):- projecting break to centre with diagonally boarded and
panelled door in projecting pier surround, pent hood over on wooden brackets.
Square bay projecting to left, placed diagonally across the corner, with one
diamond-pane window in each face. Hip roof over bay with iron railings of quatre-
foil and fleur-de-lys pattern to ridge. Flat roofed extensions to left.
