Stone screen and flanking walls. C17; reputedly 1658 for Henry Bull. Coursed and squared lias rubble and dressed stone.
Symmetrical about a central semi-circular headed archway, moulded surround, emphasised imposts and key, moulded
cornice, central triangular pediment with moulded capping continuing each side; apex of pediment with a large ball
finial; formerly to each side a rampant stone lion (removed at time of re-survey, December 1984). Dwarf rubble wall to
each side capped by balustrading in 3 bays with square piers to each end and between each bay, each pier capped by a
tall obelisk finial; vase balusters. Section of rubble wall to each side flanking a broad-gateway. Stone mounting block
with 5 steps to right. Central archway with a C19 gate.
