Terrace of 4 houses. c1850. Stuccoed brick; parapeted roof. 3
storeys; 8-window range. 1st and 2nd floor sill bands; top
modillioned cornice and parapet. Ground floor has canted bay
windows with cornices and late C19 plate glass sashes; upper
windows have eared architraves and 4-pane horned sashes, but
No 1 has C20 windows. Round-headed entrances with pilasters,
archivolts and keystones; recessed overlights and half-glazed
doors. Truncated return lateral stacks and cross-axial stack;
one cross-axial stack remains with square shafts and cornice.
Left return has architraved windows. A good example of a mid
C19 terrace built as part of Wolverhampton's suburban
development.
