Attached house, now restaurant. Early C18, C19 fenestration.
Render with a pantile roof with swept eaves. Single-depth
plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. A near-symmetrical front has
outer recessed doorways with wide C20 doors, a central
second-floor blocked hoist door, and double casement windows.
INTERIOR: Connected through to No.33 (qv). '..a simple
vernacular house', (Gomme).
