Attached warehouse, now restaurant. c1860. Squared Pennant
rubble with rock-faced Pennant, dressed limestone and brick
dressings. Open plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Rock-faced
pilaster strips to a coped parapet, heavy rock-faced plinth
and limestone ashlar bands to each floor. Left-hand Pennant
segmental-arched carriage arch with double doors;
segmental-arched openings with alternate brick and ashlar
chamfered dressings, with sill blocks to the ground floor, and
casement windows. INTERIOR not inspected. A matching design to
Nos 14 & 15 (qv).
