House. Mid to late C18. Brick; tile roof with brick stack.
L-plan. 2 storeys with attic; 2-window range. Brick platt band
over ground floor and top modillioned brick cornice. End
entrances have stop-chamfered pilasters with enriched heads,
and continuous timber frieze and drip mould over; that to left
has segmental-pointed head overdrip mould and plank door, that
to right has narrow overlight to half-glazed door. Similar
window to left of centre has 12-paned sash with ashlar sill;
1st floor has segmental-headed windows with 3-light transomed
pegged casements with iron opening casements, that to left
with leaded glazing, that to right with small-paned glazing; 2
gabled dormers with casements. Stack to front of ridge. Rear
has gabled wing with lean-to outshut, segmental-headed
casements and dormer.
