Two houses, one now cafe. Mid C16 with late C18 facing. Brick
with internal timber-frame; tile roof with brick end stacks. 2
storeys; 2-window range. Top brick modillioned cornice.
Segmental-headed entrances to centre have C20 doors. No.12 has
big C20 inset bow window with ashlar sill and remaining
segmental head to original window above, 1st floor has window
with brick sill to 6-pane horned sash; No.14 has small
casement windows. INTERIOR of No.14 has timber-framed
structure with chamfered beams and flat joists, braces to 1st
floor right return wall; stick baluster staircase and door
with strap hinges.
