Includes: No.14 Bradbury House FAIRWAY Brislington.
2 attached houses. Late C18 and early C19. Render, limestone
ashlar and hipped slate roof. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; 5-window range. C19 block to front of earlier
house, Bradbury House, No.14 Fairway. A symmetrical front has
an ashlar plinth and pilasters to the cornice and parapet; a
tall open porch with square Tuscan columns and flat canopy, to
a semicircular-arched doorway with fanlight and C20 glazed
door. Plate-glass sashes, the middle first-floor window in a
semicircular-arched recess. No.14 Fairway is a late C17 house
altered C18 to which West Town House was added early C19: two
storeys and attic, an irregular pantile hipped roof, sashes
with glazing bars.
INTERIOR: 4-panel shutters and panelled soffits to the
windows, reeded architraves with roundels and an open-well
stair with veneered wreathed rail. No.14 has a good late C17
door and door surround.
